At Raw Fitness for Life, I can offer you the opportunity to train in a fully equipped studio, under my guidance, either one on one or with a friend. 

I have over 20 yrs experience training myself and others in gyms and sports centres around Australia. 

I will provide you with training education in the form of program design and the correct techniques to train properly and avoid injury.

I base my dietary advice on the intake of a high percentage of natural whole foods. Although I can design every client a personal eating plan that will get  them the results they are after as quick as possible, I prefer to recommend a sustainable long term eating plan consisting of a high amount of natural unprocessed whole foods. This type of diet is great for internal health, fantastic for weight loss, and in the long term will keep you feeling young and help stave off disease. I don’t believe in ‘going on a diet’. The very idea of being on a diet suggests that this time is limited and has a finish date. Then what? Come and train with me and I will discuss my reasoning for this and give you an eating plan that lets you enjoy a whole range of foods that are both nutritious and delicious.
